After the Discovery of America, our house, Hacienda Guzmán, became one of the largest olive oil factories in the world. In the 16th century, Hernando, son of Christopher Columbus, was in charge of exploiting the state and producing the olive oil in his three mills that he later sent aboard the Fleet of the Indies to the New World.

Hacienda Guzmán is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced in Seville (Spain) according to the highest quality standards. We continuously work to optimize our processes and improve every detail of our products. We produce organic olive oils from early harvest, hand harvested and strict selection: plots, olives and olives oils. Our EVOOS have internationally awarded, and we export our oils to 30 countries.

And then... Paella

The patio of La Española is one of the most charming corners of our restaurant.
Located on the outside of the building, to the right, is this beautiful patio covered by a tent that protects from the sun and rain, and adorned with potted plants and bougainvillea that bring a touch of color and life to the environment, ideal for enjoying a meal in the company of friends or family.
The decoration of the place is simple but elegant, with wooden tables and chairs that complement the aesthetics of the environment.
